David is the Chief Executive of Affinity, whilst maintaining a client-focused role using his many years of wealth management experience in London and Jersey.

He has an active group of clients who, blending his knowledge of both investments and structuring, benefit from his experience in setting family’s ‘wealth purpose’ and philanthropic giving. A graduate in Financial Services from Manchester University, David formerly spent 14 years with RBS in London and Jersey specialising in credit, risk management and relationship roles. He also spent 12 years at a private bank where he held the role of Head of Private Banking and Business Development. He is a Chartered Wealth Planner and Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

David, a dedicated family man, felt the time had come to swap his hockey stick for golf clubs but is too competitive to reveal his golf handicap! He enjoys short-distance running and attempts to reduce the impact of his enjoyment of wine and gin by regularly attending circuit training at the gym.

Ben has overall management responsibility for Affinity’s investment business. Ben is also a member of the Investment Committee, drawing on his expertise as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder.

He previously oversaw the development of intermediary and institutional relationships for a boutique private bank. He also ran an investment team for a global trust company and provided financial consultancy to expatriates in central Europe.

Most of Ben’s spare time is spent with his young family, although he also enjoys sport – playing and spectating football and golf. Given the choice, Ben would prefer to meet clients on the ski slopes.

Justin heads up the trust client-facing team at Affinity, primarily responsible for enhancing relationships with clients and intermediaries.

His career in Jersey has seen him occupy the role of Managing Director of a bank owned trust company for 11 years and prior to that, in the private bank and trust team at Royal Bank of Canada. Justin holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Outside of work, Justin devotes his spare time to his family and following his beloved Wales at rugby – a sport sadly he can now only participate in socially and vocally. An occasional surfer in the summer and an avid runner, Justin also likes to relax at home with his wife, watching the sunset over St Ouens bay armed with a nice glass of red.

A graduate in Business Management from the University of East Anglia, Michelle embarked on her professional journey in 2001 when she left England for a taste of island life. Over the years, she has honed her skills and built an impressive career by serving international private clients.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys an active lifestyle and can often be found running. Having moved to Jersey to be closer to her family, Michelle cherishes her weekends spent with her husband, children, and her cockapoo, Teddi.

Russell has direct responsibility for building and implementing the investment strategies available to clients of Affinity.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, Russell was formerly Head of Investments for a private bank, where he worked for 11 years, and prior to this was an Assistant Director at SG Hambros. He moved to Jersey in 1991, having completed a Lloyds Bank graduate training programme, and worked for the bank developing their client base in the UK, Europe and southern Africa.

2018 saw him awarded the Sustainable Investment Professional Certificate by the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Canada.

In his spare time Russell enjoys the beach, reading and running in an on-going attempt to keep fit. His ideal Jersey summer weekend would be surfing with his daughter on Saturday, sharing a seafood dinner with his wife that evening, followed by a Sunday watching his son play cricket.

James joined Affinity in 2020, following the purchase of Pinnacle Trustee Limited. He is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of client service for the trust business.

He began his finance career in 1994, with ANZ Grindlays, after graduating from Birmingham University. He then moved to Deutsche Bank‘s offshore private wealth division, before joining Pinnacle in 2008, where he held the role of Managing Director from 2013. James also has a Degree in Financial Services and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Having played hockey for both Jersey and the Channel Islands, the ultimate aspiration would have been to win Olympic gold. On realising you need skill and endeavour (not to mention youth) he now enjoys the game at a more social level along with being an active coach. Away from the hockey field James may be found paddle boarding around one of Jersey’s bays with his family.

As Compliance Director Sean has responsibility for ensuring that Affinity conducts quality business in line with on-going legislative and regulatory obligations.

Sean has over twenty years experience in financial services and began his career in 1990 at Barclays with spells in domestic international banking, prior to moving to Jersey in 1994. Sean has subsequently held management positions with Equity Trust and Investec and most recently at Citco Jersey Limited, where he undertook the role of Compliance Manager and Company Secretary. Sean holds the ICA International Diplomas in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering as well as the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.

As a keen and talented amateur chef, Sean enjoys entertaining friends and family. He is also a “petrol-head” and drives a JCW (Mini).

A senior member of the trust team, Peter brings a wealth of experience, gained during a 30+ year career in fiduciary services; most recently at Royal Bank of Canada and prior to that as part of the Abacus Financial Services Group.

In addition to his expertise in private client matters - working with both families and entrepreneurs - Peter also has management responsibility for nurturing and inspiring the trust team, to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Outside of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and friends, good food and wine, skiing, an occasional game of golf, and walking the family dog – Dexter - on Jersey’s many beautiful beaches and through the country lanes.

Jon joined Affinity in 2021 and heads up the firm’s investment research process, alongside day-to-day management of the investment team drawing on his significant experience in alternative investments, fund research and portfolio management.

Having begun his career in Jersey, at Ermitage Asset Management, Jon moved to New York in 2009, where he was most recently Equity Hedge Strategy Head at UBP Asset Management. A graduate of Warwick University, Jon is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, holds the Investment Management Certificate and was awarded the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

When he’s not analysing investments, Jon enjoys coastal hiking and swimming, playing football, and cooking for his wife and two young children. He regards summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro and shipwreck diving in Australia as two of his favourite achievements.

Elizabeth is a senior member of our trust team, whose primary role is managing key client relationships, alongside driving the sustainable initiatives for our fiduciary business.

Since starting her career in Scotland, with Paull and Williamsons LLP in 2007, Elizabeth has garnered significant experience as a private client lawyer, both onshore and offshore. She has developed a strong reputation with intermediaries for her technical skills, alongside an innate ability to convey complex issues in a clear and understandable manner to private clients.

Elizabeth holds a degree in LLB Bachelor of Laws and is a STEP qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner.

Family is a key priority for Elizabeth, and she spends much of her time, outside the office, with her two young daughters and husband. As a family, they love to be outdoors, often enjoying the beach, cycling on a green lane or exploring the woods.

Lesley joined Affinity in 2020, and brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as a director at Pinnacle Trustees. Using her many years’ experience as an accountant, across a range of industries, she has now assumed full responsibility for Affinity’s finances.

Lesley holds a foundation certificate in accounting from the Association of Accounting Technicians and is a CIMA management accountant – a qualification she gained whilst on a gap year while travelling the world. During Lesley’s early career she worked on the early stages of IT adoption in banking and for several computer manufacturing companies.

A music enthusiast, when not in the office, Lesley may be found dancing the days and nights away at any number of festivals, locally and further afield. Having attended Glastonbury twice, her favourite gig to date (reflecting the rebellious teenager in herself) remains watching the Stone Roses at Wembley.

James began his finance career in 2007, working for Jersey based Philean Trust company. During this time, he attained the Certificate in Offshore Administration and a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. He more recently completed a Degree in Management with Trusts and Estates, through the University of Manchester.

Outside of work James’ ultimate aspiration would’ve been to become a pro freeride skier, although he now settles for occasional trips to the slopes with friends. As an environmentally conscious individual James owns a hybrid car, but where possible likes to run or walk, particularly as he is hoping to complete an Ironman endurance event in the near future.

Amanda manages the trust operations team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to support the trust team. Additionally, she oversees the trainee trust administrator program for the business.

With over 25 years of experience dealing with private clients, Amanda initially held client-facing roles before transitioning to more operationally focused positions in August 2016. She has a strong interest in people management and is dedicated to developing, coaching, and mentoring employees. Amanda holds the ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration, the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, and is a full STEP member. Committed to continuous growth, she is currently pursuing the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, family, and friends. She also enjoys activities such as walking, paddle boarding, and riding her motorbike.

An Industrial Design Engineering graduate of The Hague University of Applied Sciences, she started her career in Jersey in hospitality and e-commerce.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys shooting bows and arrows with her local archery club, playing videogames with friends and visiting family and loved ones back home in the Netherlands.

Jack leads and manages the investment operations team. His enquiring mind and strong analytical skills greatly assist him in the role.

Jack attended Victoria College, before completing his first year at Warwick University, studying Mathematics. After deciding the degree wasn’t for him and keen to return to Jersey, he spent the next two and half years as a trainee auditor, before joining Affinity’s investment team in 2016. He has successfully completed the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) exam program, has attained the CFA Certificate in ESG and holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma. He is also studying towards Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.

Jack is a keen racquet sport player, most passionate about badminton and table tennis which he played at national level. He is a competent ski/snowboarder and is currently striving to transfer his skills to skateboarding. He also hopes to complete a marathon in the next couple of years.

Richard joined Affinity in 2020, following the purchase of Pinnacle Trustees. He works within the trust department and is responsible for managing the client accounting team.

Since joining the finance industry in 1996, Richard has gained significant experience in account preparation ranging from basic trust structures through to listed corporate companies. He qualified as an accountant in 2006 and holds a Level 5 qualification in leadership and management from the Chartered Management Institute.

Outside of the office, Richard keeps himself busy with family life, he particularly enjoys cooking for his wife, two sons and daughter. Loving all things Star Wars, this interest stems from childhood cinema trips with his father, a passion he now shares with his own children.

Nick is our Accountant and a key member of the trust team, having responsibility for bookkeeping and financial reporting for all our client structures.

Nick has survived over thirty years in finance, working for both professional firms and trust companies. In 2004 he was appointed a director at BDO, where he created and ran a successful outsourcing business for several years, until his move to the insolvency practitioners Begbies Traynor as a regional director. After Begbies departed from Jersey, Nick specialised in project and consultancy roles, until joining Affinity in February 2017.

Away from work, Nick is a member and past president of The Lions Club of Jersey and has organised two Swimarathons for the Club. He also enjoys cycling and was once persuaded (against his better judgement!) to pedal from the Atlantic to the Pacific coasts of Mexico, valiantly raising money for Jersey Hospice Care.

Jersey educated, Peter has spent the majority of his career - aside from a year in the City of London - in the local finance industry. Prior to the advent of compliance, Peter worked in several administration roles for Jersey based trust and fund management companies. Amongst his professional qualifications, Peter holds the ICA International Diploma in Compliance.

A lover of island life, Peter enjoys travelling and hopes to explore as much of the world as possible; topping his must visit list is South America. He also aims to regain his private pilot licence in the not too distant future.

Katie has worked in the investment industry since 1989, holds a Financial Planning Certificate and is an affiliate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Before joining Pinnacle Trustees and subsequently Affinity, she worked at NatWest Bank and the Royal Bank of Canada.

Outside of work Katie likes to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys running to keep fit and has recently rediscovered her long-lost love for art. She has since spent her ‘me time’ browsing art galleries, painting and sketching. She draws much inspiration from Edgar Degas.

Warren joined the trust team during 2021 and is responsible for a variety of client relationships, with diverse trust and company structures.

A Jersey native, Warren started his career in the finance industry in 2006. Initially responsible for administering corporate pension arrangements, he subsequently moved into the private client world. From there he gained experience of single-member pension trusts and completed his STEP Diploma in 2013. A 3 year stint in the Isle of Man followed, gaining experience of a wider range of trust and company structures – including PTCs - for a mixture of UK and MENA-based clients. Warren returned to Jersey in 2018, before the birth of his daughter.

Although his time outside of work these days is largely devoted to his family commitments, he enjoys traveling when possible, with his favourite destinations being Japan and two separate hikes to Machu Picchu. In his spare time, he walks along Jersey’s rugged northern coastline and plays the odd game of badminton.

With over 3 years of experience in our Compliance team, she has been instrumental in managing compliance and operational risk. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her achievements, including obtaining her ICA Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance and CISI certification in Sustainable and Responsible Investment.

Fuelled by a strong passion for the environment and possessing a keen analytical eye, Lydia has taken a natural step in her career by transitioning to the Investment Team to focus on sustainable research.

A dancer for 16 years, Lydia maintains an active lifestyle by running, attending gym classes and even attempts all year round sea swimming. In her free time, you’ll find Lydia at the beach, spending time with family and friends or booking her next holiday.

Cara has lead responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s brand, including our marketing vision, digital presence, campaigns, and print materials. She helps translate creative ideas into reality, using her strong technical skills to full affect, whilst ensuring we manage spend, and comply with our brand identity. High energy and organised, Cara also plays a key role in ensuring we meet deadlines, especially around articles and blogs.

A Product Design Graduate of The University of Plymouth, with a Master’s in Graphic Design, Cara previously worked at LEGO, Denmark as a Product Designer for the LEGO Movie 2. She returned to Jersey to progress her marketing career.

Cara is currently working towards her Level 6 in Digital Marketing and has recently undertaken the Sustainable Marketer qualification in 2023, both with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Outside of work, Cara trains tirelessly towards IRONMAN events and enjoys horse riding, stand-up paddle boarding, surfing and walking her cats (yes you read that right), Colin and Clive, on leads.

Dougy’s responsibilities are nestled between client relations and the smooth day- to-day running of the investment team’s routines. His background in research and hospitality positions him well, with an analytical mind and client-facing experience.

Dougy is a science in stem cell, biology graduate of Edinburgh University. He transitioned to a successful, 9-year career as a chef, running his own businesses as an events caterer; creating diverse and innovative events, revelling in the entrepreneurial challenges of the industry and enjoying collaborative projects. He chose a new path at the beginning of 2020, passing the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting and the CFA UK IMC, before joining the Affinity team in 2021.

Alongside joining Affinity, 2021 saw Dougy start a family and move to Jersey to make the most of the outdoor, family-friendly lifestyle. His hobbies of cycling and paddle boarding align well with his continued love of cooking, finding great picnics and foraging spots in his island explorations, both on and off the water.

Maggie joined Pinnacle Trustees in 2007 and subsequently Affinity in 2020, following the acquisition. She is responsible for the preparation of financial statements, statutory accounts, loan schedules and other reports.

With a degree in Accounting, Finance and Insurance, Maggie’s career in the finance industry began in 2003. She holds a Certificate in Offshore Administration and is studying towards her ACCA qualification.

In her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time with the family exploring Europe, driving across America in an RV and skiing in Spain or France. She has a passion for property development and house refurbishment, with her motto being “Some people look for a beautiful place. Others make a beautiful place” - Hazrat Inayat Khan.

Alicia is responsible for the management of client trust and company structures.

Alicia has worked in the Jersey finance sector since 2015, having begun her career at Vistra, before moving to Suntera Global in 2017 and joining Affinity in 2021. She has completed the Certificate in Offshore Administration, is a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) and has a STEP Diploma.

Out of the office, Alicia enjoys cooking, using techniques from her Portuguese heritage and  jetting off to warmer climates, where she will often be found, cocktail in hand on the beach. She is also saving up to buy her first investment property, with her partner.

Dan joined the trust team in 2021 and is responsible for the administration of a varied book of trust and company structures. Dan prides himself on his approachable nature and building long-lasting relationships with both clients and intermediaries.

Dan’s finance career began in 2013, after completing his management degree. He has worked specifically in trust since 2015. Dan is a full STEP member, having gained the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management in 2018.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys running, cycling and generally keeping fit. He is also an ardent football fan. He is currently learning to cook, albeit (he thinks) with limited success. In the future, Dan hopes to see more of the world and indulge his love of live music, by going to more gigs and concerts.

After finishing her A-Levels, Emily went straight into the world of trust, spending 4 years honing her client relationships skills.

Subsequently she opted to see a little more of the world. After nearly a year of travelling, she became a stewardess on board a prestigious superyacht, sailing around Europe, Asia, America and the Caribbean. Emily thoroughly enjoyed her time as a crew member, which provided her with first-hand experience looking after ultra-high net worth individuals, sometimes in very demanding situations. Stepping back onto solid ground, Emily supports our trust team and has successfully completed her STEP Diploma.

Out the office, Emily being a social and family soul, she also enjoys reading and keeping fit through boxing and walking.

Kerry joined Affinity in 2020, following the acquisition of Pinnacle Trustees. She works part time in trust operations team, carrying out project work and providing support and direction to junior staff.                           

Kerry moved to Jersey in 1996 and shortly after, began her finance career, initially in a secretarial role, before moving into client administration. In 2002, Kerry gained her certificate in Offshore Administration.

A keen sportswoman, Kerry has represented Jersey Badminton at the Commonwealth and Island Games, winning a total of 7 gold medals. She is Secretary of the PTA for a special needs school in Jersey, providing education for children with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, where those needs cannot be met within a mainstream setting. She also enjoys rock painting and any donations received from this activity are distributed to local charities.

Cayley works in the Trust Operations Team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day tasks, in conjunction with project work. She also plays a key role in the development of Trainee Trust Administrators, during their time with Operations.

Her trust career began in 2013, at a small, privately owned company in Jersey. Prior to this, Cayley worked for a number of years in the retail and corporate sectors of a large high street bank. She has gained the STEP Diploma.

With a passion for keeping active, Cayley spends much of her free time walking her dog, listening to podcasts or in a Pilates studio. A keen promoter of daily movement, Cayley is training to become a Pilates instructor. She enjoys teaching her students how to move their bodies, especially after a long day sat at a desk.

Born and educated in Jersey, Liz began her career in financial services in 1992. Before joining Affinity in 2021, she worked in compliance and gained an ICA Certificate in Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys baking, walking, and spending time with her family. Liz is a member of the general committee for the charity Diabetes Jersey, where she supports young people with type 1 diabetes and their families.

Anne-Marie joined Affinity in 2021 and works in the trust business as a client accountant. She is responsible for the preparation of their financial statements and meeting all tax and legal deadlines.

Her career commenced more than 2 decades ago, in Jersey, when she gained the International Association of Bookkeepers qualification. Anne-Marie soon progressed to an accounts preparer within a local financial services provider, where she worked for over 12 years and qualified as a Chartered Accounting Technician. She was subsequently promoted to an assistant accounts manager and headed up their bookkeeping department. One of her larger clients was listed on the Alternative Investment Market; Anne-Marie contributed to their ongoing complex bookkeeping, detailed accounting work including collaborating with auditors.

Out of the office, Anne-Marie enjoys walking the cliff paths with her husband. This passion has led them to go on trekking holidays; including glacier hikes in Canada, exploring the Australian outback and climbing Mount Snowden.

Tracey is responsible for preparation of financial statements and completion of tax returns for large family structures. She also provides adhoc support for any reporting required by trust administrators and clients.

Tracey has worked in the finance industry since 1989 and joined Affinity in 2020, following the purchase of Pinnacle Trustees – where she worked as senior client accountant. She has a wealth of experience in trust and company accounts, tax reporting, full audits and forensic accounting.

Tracey has a passion for animals. When not in the office may be found horse riding, walking her dog or volunteering at Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. She loves to share her knowledge of animals with others, particularly on the topic of endangered species. Tracey has spent much time exploring Africa, following her interest of wild animals and hopes to travel more in the future.

Alice began her career in finance in 2015 and joined the Affinity team in July 2022, having previously worked at Suntera Global and PraxisIFM.

Alice has successfully completed the Chartered Governance Institute Level 4 Certificate and Level 5 Diploma in International Finance and Administration, which has given her the knowledge to administer client trust and company structures.

Alice has recently completed a nail technician course in Brighton, enabling her to gain the technical know-how for something she loves. Her other hobbies include time with family and friends, listening to music and going on walks with her labrador, Willow.

Courtney has worked within the Jersey finance sector since 2017, having started her career at Estera Trust Jersey, which subsequently merged with Ocorian. Courtney joined our trust team back in 2022 and is responsible for the administration of a varied book of trust and company structures. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and liked by her peers, Courtney excels when faced with tough deadlines.

Currently studying towards STEP certificate in Trust Management. 2020 saw her win bronze in the Mentor of the Year category in the Future Leaders Awards, Jersey.

Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys cooking, sushi-making and is currently interior designing her first home.

Cristina joined Affinity in 2021 and is learning the foundations of trust administration. On a daily basis, she undertakes a variety of tasks for the operations team, including payments, account opening and statutory filing. The plan for her is to study towards her STEP Certificate.

Cristina graduated from the University of Lisbon in 2017, with a degree in Management and Administration. During her studies, she worked at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on graduating, Cristina returned to Jersey joining the health sector for three years.

Outside of the office, Cristina loves to travel – especially to Mediterranean countries for the food, weather and culture. Her favourite place to go is Malta, having fallen in love with the destination after a holiday. Closer to home, she also enjoys taking long walks along the Jersey coastline.

Niamh became a part of Affinity in May 2023, bringing with her valuable experience from the trust industry along with the achievement of her STEP Certificate in International Trust Management. Currently contributing to our client-facing trust team, Niamh efficiently administers a portfolio encompassing both local and international trusts and companies. Her commitment to professional development is evident as she plans to pursue the STEP Diploma in the near future, aiming to broaden her knowledge and advance in her career.

Beyond the office, Niamh finds joy in long-distance running and practicing yoga. You'll often spot her exploring Jersey’s country lanes on walks with her fiancé and their Labrador, Buddy.

Sam studied Accountancy & Finance at Nottingham Trent University and then spent 15 years in Jersey's dairy industry. Seeking a new challenge, he joined the Trainee Trust Administrator Programme at Affinity in early 2023.

Sam has completed the STEP certificate in International Trust Management and is currently working towards the STEP diploma.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his young family, cycling, walking on Jersey’s North Coast, and watching football. His main passion is listening to music, and he dabbles in playing the guitar, even if he admits he's not an expert.

Having joined Affinity in 2022, Fernanda quickly established herself as a key member of the investment team, with responsibility for the supervision and organisation of core operational routines, including oversight of trading and reconciliation of portfolios.

Fernanda earned her Business Administration degree at Pontifical Catholic University, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and built credit analysis, customer management and back-office expertise with several Brazilian/international banks, before moving to Europe. In 2019, Fernanda completed an Exchange Program in Ireland to learn English, and further expand her intercultural experience.

Outside of work, Fernanda loves to travel and experience new places – aiming to capture a lifetime of memories on her camera. She also enjoys cooking and listening to music with her husband and is a keen runner.

Melanie has a love of numbers, which perfectly suits her role in the accounts team managing the financial records of trusts and companies.

After going to university, to study fine art and graphic design, she pursued a career in finance, developing her technical knowledge by obtaining the Professional Diploma in Financial Service Management from the International Finance School.

A family background in motorcycling was not lost on Melanie – owning her first moped at 16. She still rides today, raising funds in an annual charity ride-out for Holidays for Heroes and often commuting to the office on her two wheels. Motorsport features highly in her interests, as do art and photography – with her own work featuring in Jersey exhibitions.

Lucy joined Affinity in 2021 and supports the Financial Director with day-to-day duties including balance sheet reconciliation, debtor management and producing 1year-end financial statements.

Lucy is a graduate of Logistics and Economic Studies from the Marine Academy in Szczecin, Poland. After a visit to Jersey in the summer of 2004, she fell in love with island life and never left. Over the years, she has worked as an Accounts Administrator for a local family office, and an Accounts Manager of a large property portfolio.

A keen hiker, Lucy has walked all over the world – from completing trails in the Lake District to trekking in the Drakensburg Mountains in South Africa. Closer to home, you will find Lucy and her dogs on the island’s coastal paths. She is also passionate about interior design and art, having visited many galleries across Europe. A personal favourites is the Musée d'Orsay in Paris and she would love to visit The Lowry in Manchester. .

Marta is responsible for maintaining client’s financial records, with particular focus on their investment portfolios. She is known for applying herself to the task with diligence and a high level of accuracy.

Marta is a cultural studies graduate of Silesian University, Katowice. Having worked for various artistic and cultural agencies in Poland, she subsequently travelled across Europe, eventually landing in Jersey and entering the finance industry in 2008.

Outside of work Marta enjoys long walks along Jersey’s coast and exploring the world. When not dreaming of her next trip to Iceland, she torments her neighbours with violin concertos, a childhood passion she has recently re-discovered.

Aggie has a degree in Cultural and Movie Studies from the University of Humanities and Economics in Poland and moved to Jersey in 2015.

When not in the office, she can be often found at the cinema watching the latest movie, or walking the paths along Jersey’s coastline. When on holidays, she enjoys hiking and mountain climbing. On her bucket list is to finish the El Camino de Santiago trail in Spain.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Daniela finds joy in the culinary arts, often immersing herself in cooking and baking. She and her partner share a love for travel, always on the lookout for perfect holiday destinations worldwide. Daniela's goal is to explore numerous countries and immerse herself in diverse cultures across the globe.

Prior to Affinity, Elyn, worked at HSBC Jersey for 19 years in their Wealth Business Services department. Her responsibilities covered a variety of departments and jurisdictions.

In her free time, and in the comfort of her own kitchen Elyn likes experimenting with food and trialling new recipes (much to the delight of the office), her speciality being traditional Filipino dishes. A film fanatic, Elyn’s go-to movie would be the Avengers.

Saranna is a mother, writer, movie junkie, gym-o-phobe and shopaholic. When she isn’t forcing herself out on walks to become “one with nature” she can be found basking in the sun, book in hand, soaking up the rays.

Christine brings a wealth of experience, from her 40 year career in the finance industry, having worked in banking, trust and fund management.  She holds a Certificate in Offshore Administration.

When not in the office, Christine will often be found on horseback. Having ridden since childhood, she loves all things equestrian, spending much of her free time training and competing her dressage horses, both in Jersey and further afield.

Bianca became a part of Affinity in 2023, after being in Childcare for the last 10 years. Currently enrolled in our Trainee Trust Administrator Programme, she is acquiring the foundations of trust administration within the operations team. Upon successful completion of the program, Bianca will transition to join the client trust teams.

In parallel, Bianca is pursuing her STEP International Trust Management Certificate and has plans to progress towards obtaining her STEP Diploma in the future.

Outside of the office, Bianca enjoys socialising with friends and family. She enjoys travelling to warmer climates for holidays and can often be found at her local gym, where she recently participated in a White Collar Boxing event, showcasing her interest in the sport.
